My work has taken me across enterprise IT, cloud architecture, infrastructure, software, and media and event systems. The common thread has been practical problem solving: understanding what people need, connecting the pieces, and building systems they can depend on.

I value clear communication as much as technical depth. A solution is more useful when the people working with it understand it, too.

Making room for what comes next

Today I’m putting more time into building software, experimenting in my home lab, and writing about what I learn. DashCam Archive is my main software project, and this site is where I’m sharing the ideas and experiences that shape the work.

Learning to work with AI

I’m also exploring how AI can support the way I work: revisiting tasks I’ve handled for years and learning new ones, including financial planning. I’m interested in where it helps, where it falls short, and how to check its work. This website is one example of that learning in practice.

Beyond the keyboard

Cycling, photography, and time with family are part of the picture, too. Sometimes a ride or a quiet morning with a camera offers a different way to look at things.
